Module II - Legal Fundamentals and Other Directives

This one-day training is the second session on compensation governance and has been developed for reward specialists who are expected to work on governance-related matters in the future. The training builds on Module I - Compensation Governance Basics and covers relevant compensation governance topics in the Swiss context with a focus on the Ordinance Against Excessive Compensation in listed stock corporations (OAEC), the Swiss Code of Best Practice and international compensation governance aspects. The topics include practice cases and working group discussions. While Module I of the Compensation Governance Training provides a solid basis on compensation governance matters and disclosure requirements it is not absolutely necessary to have participated in Module I in order to participate in Module II and Module III.

Module II of the Compensation Governance Training costs CHF 950.- per participant (for companies with more than one participant: CHF 600.- per additional participant).

The Compensation Governance Training will be held on Thursday, 15 October 2020 at Westhive in Zurich.
