Education: we support and educate board of directors, executives, human resources professionals and line managers on all aspects of reward and on the company compensation programs;
Implementation & communication: we assist organizations with the implementation of reward arrangements including setting up internal processes (accounting, payroll), preparing the internal communication (communication plan, communication material) and obtaining tax rulings from the tax authorities where appropriate/necessary. If desired, we offer on-site support as well;
Documentation: we draft the necessary documents to establish and operate compensation arrangements including compensation plan rules, award documents, employee communication, board submissions and minutes.
